★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎朝伊勢から届く新鮮なお魚。スーパーのとはぜんぜん違います。イカのお刺身など目で見ても美しいです。なめろう??みたいな青じそとお魚を細かく砕いたやつ、、、名前しらないですが大好きです。でも私が一番好きなのは塩サバなんです。最後の晩餐で何が食べたいか考えたとき、私は伊勢屋さんの塩サバの切り身を焼いたやつのお茶漬けが食べたいです、伊勢屋さんの以外じゃダメなんです。。。ここ、こだわり
豪快に盛られているお刺身の下に敷いている大根のつまはお店で作っていると昔聞いたことがあります。今もきっとそうですね。捨てずにお味噌汁の具にしてほしいとおっしゃってました
