最低です。中古マンションを購入しリフォームをしてもらいました。最初は丁寧な対応だと思いましたが、工事が進むと、見積もりと違う！工事が乱暴！ひどい目に遭いました。この業者はリフォームパックシリーズといって、おまかせ方式が基本なんです。私はフローリングだけ残して、LDKを全面リフォームしてもらいました。すると、フローリングのうち、巾木に接する部分のフローリングが数ヶ所破損していました。居住で傷つくとは考えにくい部分です。既存の巾木を剥がしたときにフローリングも剥がれたと想像できます。補修もせず、傷が丸見えの状態で引き渡しになりました。そもそも、工事が引越当日以降まで終わらず、出来上がりを確認してから、引越の荷物搬入というわけにいきませんでした。もともとエアコンのコンセントが200Vだったのですが、どういうわけか、100Vに変更されていたので、200Vに戻してもらえるように連絡しました。1週間ほどして、工事の日程の連絡がありましたが、都合が悪かったので、別の日程を提案してもらえるように言うと、２度と連絡はきません。これだけではなく、打ち合わせでしてもらえるはずだった工事が、してもらえなくなったり、違う壁紙が貼られていましたが、もう関わりたくなくて、料金を支払いました。これで、住友不動産リフォームさんの完勝です。

Originally, the outlet of the air conditioner was 200V, but for some reason it was changed to 100V, so I contacted him to return it to 200V. About a week later, I was informed of the construction schedule, but it was inconvenient, so when I asked him to propose another schedule, I would never be able to contact him again. Not only this, but the work that was supposed to be done at the meeting could not be done or a different wallpaper was pasted, but I didn't want to get involved anymore, so I paid the fee.
