★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前の話ですが、久しぶりに思い出して腹立たしいのではじめてクチコミ投稿します。minimoにてネイルの枠が空いていたので予約すると、
『ご予約ありがとうございます?大変申し訳ございませんが、ネイルはもう空きがございません。日時の変更などいかがですか⁉️』
と来て緊急でネイルしたかったので、今回は他のサロンへ行き1ヶ月先にまたここへ来ようと1ヶ月後の候補日を伝えたところ、
『何時にいたしますか⁉️』と、その1時間後
『ごめんなさい。〇月〇日も空きがありません。大変申し訳ないです』と来ました。
なので前後の他の日程を提案したところ
《お客様の了解のうえ、予約を取り消ししました》
大変申し訳ございません。またのご予約お待ちしてます。
とminimoで処理され、了解もしてないのに勝手にやりとりが終わり、メッセージが送信できなく。
大変胸糞悪いです。
今までminimoで50件以上やりとりしましたがこんなに感じの悪いサロンは初です。
Googleに星０つける機能つけて欲しい。
星一つもつけたくないです。

"What time do you want to do ⁉️" and one hour later
"sorry. There is no vacancy on XX days. I'm very sorry. "
So I proposed other dates before and after

And minimo processed it, and even though I didn't understand it, the exchange ended without permission, and I couldn't send the message.
It's very bad.
I have exchanged more than 50 cases with minimo so far, but this is the first salon that feels so bad.
I want Google to add a function to add 0 stars.
I don't want to add a single star.
