今	今村洋一郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地方の街である真壁には4軒もお煎餅屋さんがあります。藤永製菓は、商品が私の好みに一番近いような気がして、真っ先に自転車で出かけました。自転車のフロントバッグに入れられるだけのお煎餅を買うつもりで。構えは小さなお店ではありますが、商品の種類は多いです。お買い得商品もいろいろあり、ちょっと気になる商品ばかり。私はパリッとした硬い煎餅が好きなので、写真にあるような組み合わせで購入しました。おかみさんといろいろお話をさせていただき、他のお煎餅屋さんの事、親戚関係のお店もあるって。そして写真はGoogle Mapに載せておくことをお約束しました。購入したものを自宅に戻って食べてみましたら、期待通りパリッとした歯応え、お醤油の味も濃過ぎず、ちょうどよく美味しいです。価格と量はとても良心的だと思います。チャーミングなおかみさんは話しやすかったです。リピーター確実。(^^) 再び自転車で訪問。フロントバッグに入り切れないほど買い込んでしまいました。おかみさんは新製品開発に意欲的に取り組んでおられる事をお聞きして、びっくりさせられました。前回は「定番商品」を購入していない気がしたので、女将さんにお聞きしたところ四角い「おかき」が昔から作られている商品なんだそうです。今回はまずそれを購入。硬いお煎餅は時代の流れで、主役では無くなりつつあるらしい。私はむしろ硬いお煎餅が好きなので、これはストライクです。 3度目の訪問で大量買い。新商品を、しかもまだ商品化する直前のものを頂きました。大きめの”おかき”です。大きいので、歯応えがあり、美味しいです。昆布もいいアクセントになっています。これなら日本酒のおつまみでもいけそうです。 There are as many as four rice cake shops in Makabe, a rural town.
