★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 流行りの香り中心の日本酒ではなく、しっかりとした旨味に穏やかな香りのバランスが素晴らしい（純米「真壁」）。蔵の人曰くそのあたりの方向性を狙っているそうです。花崗岩で磨かれた仕込み水（筑波山系統）のようです。
It's not a trendy scented sake, but a great balance of strong umami and mild scent (Junmai "Makabe"). According to the people of the warehouse, they are aiming for the direction around that. It looks like granite-polished water (Mt. Tsukuba system).

お酒飲めないので試飲はしなかったですが、お酒とひな人形とのコラボが素晴らしかったです✨
絵画展も良かったです！
I went to the Makabe Hinamatsuri Festival!
I didn't taste it because I couldn't drink alcohol, but the collaboration between sake and Hina dolls was wonderful.
The painting exhibition was also good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019真壁ひな祭りのB24番、村井醸造の敷地内の蔵に真壁藍保存会B25番とB26のあじさい工房、田中アルバがありました。
門から正面が村井醸造の販売所(展示も)です。杉玉（酒林)が目印。
入って真ん中が通路になっていて右手すぐが事務所で右手奥の部屋にひな飾りがあります。
ここは案外シンプルに飾られてます。
左手手前が展示で左手奥に酒の販売スペース(試飲も)。通路は奥まで続いてましたが…行っていいのかわからず戻りました。

The front side from the gate is Murai brewery sales office (exhibition as well). Sugiyama (sake forest) is a landmark.
It enters and the middle is a passage, right on the right is the office and there is a doll decoration in the room at the back of the right.
This place is unexpectedly decorated simple.
The left side of the exhibition is the exhibition and the selling space of sake (tasting also) in the back of the left hand. The aisle continued all the way ... I returned without understanding whether I could go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 観光蔵ではないですけど、見学や試飲も出来る地元の酒造さん。
建築物が重要文化財になっているなど歴史のある建物で見てて興味深く、改良中の酒作りの話を聞くのも非常に楽しいです。更に最近新しい銘柄も増えたので、より多くの種類の試飲が楽しめ、勿論その場で買えます。
是非一度見学してみてはいかがでしょうか！！オススメです！
It's not a tourist brewery, but a local sake brewery where you can tour and sample.
It is interesting to see the historic building, such as the building becoming an important cultural property, and it is very fun to hear the story of sake brewing under improvement. In addition, new brands have been added recently, so you can enjoy more kinds of tastings and of course you can buy them on the spot.
Why don't you visit it once! !! I recommend it!
