★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、作業員の態度が悪いと書きましたが、最近は挨拶を出来る人が増えました。
中には気持ちいいくらいの大声出してる人がいて、ちゃんと教育されてきたなと思ってます。
これからもこの調子が続いていけば、素晴らしい会社になると思います。
追記
年末は忙しいのか年配の眼鏡かけた社員の方がが入口で対応していましたが、古いのか知らないけど偉そうな態度でこちらが挨拶しても挨拶もせずしかもいきなり「マニフェストある？」敬語を知らないのか使えないのか全くもって無愛想で不愉快な方でした。
若手やミドルクラスの社員の方々の方が挨拶も話し方も元気良く気持ち良いです。
古い社員は偉ぶらず若手を見習わないとダメですね。
この年配の社員の方を反面教師にして出会う方々に失礼のないようにしていこうと感じました。

At the end of the year, an older employee wearing glasses responded at the entrance, but I don't know if it's old, but even if I greet him with a bossy attitude, he doesn't even greet me and suddenly "Is there a manifest?" He was completely unfriendly and unpleasant whether he didn't know or couldn't use it.
Young and middle class employees are more energetic and comfortable in greeting and speaking.
Older employees have to emulate younger employees.
On the other hand, I felt that I would like to make this elderly employee a teacher and not be rude to the people I meet.
