★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔のフィギュアスケートの靴の幅を調整してもらうために電話と直接お店に行って持っている靴の状況を説明し、修理可能か確認後、実際の靴を持ってきて欲しいと言われたので実家からわざわざ送ってもらい、お店に持って行きました。違う店員さんに接客され、修理はできないと言われました。靴の状況(使用年数、何年前のものか、タイプなど)を事前に共有したのに意味がわかりませんでした。お店までの交通費、靴の輸送費出して欲しいぐらいです。適当な接客や対応をするお店なので、違うお店をおすすめします。私も二度利用しません。

So I took the trouble to send it from my parents' house and took it to the store. A different clerk served me and told me that I couldn't repair it. I shared in advance the status of the shoes (years of use, how many years ago, type, etc.) but it didn't make sense. I would like you to pay for transportation to the store and transportation for shoes. We recommend a different store as it is a store that provides appropriate customer service and support. I will not use it twice either.
