た	たっくん“たっくん03” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鯵ヶ沢に新店出来たとの情報得たので、知り合いと来ましたが、昼時と有って、満席&待ち客3組位その後もチラホラ来客来ましたが、10分位で着席出来ました！目当ては塩ラーメンの大にミニソースカツ丼。太麺か細麺選択出来ますが、細麺&ワカメのトッピングでオーダー、10分ちょいでの着丼！スープはあっさりだけど、美味しい！麺は、細麺と言う寄りは、中太って感じで、麺が勝ってる感じ。もう少し細麺寄りがスープには合ってる気がするけど、太麺のの平打ち麺の方が良かったのかなぁ！チャーシューも薄味だけど、ちゃんと味が滲みて良い感じ。麺量は今時のラーメンぽく少ない感じかなぁ！その分、ミニソースカツ丼のご飯の量が思いの外多かった(汗次はミニミニで充分かなぁ(笑) 馬のユッケ丼とかも有るので、又来ないと！ I got information that a new store was opened in Ajigasawa, so I came with an acquaintance, but at noon, there were 3 groups of full and waiting customers, and after that, the chillahora visitors came, but I was able to sit in about 10 minutes! I feel that the thin noodles are a little more suitable for the soup, but I wonder if the thick noodles were better than the flat noodles! The char siu has a light taste, but the taste is bleeding and it feels good. I wonder if the amount of noodles is as small as the ramen of today! The amount of rice in the mini sauce cutlet bowl was unexpectedly large (sweat). I wonder if mini-mini is enough next time (laughs) There is also a horse yukhoe bowl, so I have to come again!
