★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 200gのステーキセットいただきました。赤身中心なので思いのほかさっぱり食べ られました。ここ以外でガーリックパウダーを使ったことがなかったのですがステーキにあうんだなと驚きました。香りがよりダイレクトにくる感じです。お肉に臭みがあるわけでは無いのですがさっぱりしているのでコクがプラスされてバランスがよくなる気がします。店員の方も皆さん明るく初めてだと食べ方も教えてもらえますし親切でリピートが多い様子に納得でした。

The meat doesn't have an odor, but it's refreshing, so I feel that the richness is added and the balance is improved. 思い立って30年ぶりに来ましたが、変わらぬ美味しさ。
ここの歯切れの良いお肉をニンニクバター醤油味で食べるとツルツルと胃に入ってしまうので、ちょっと多いかなくらいのグラム数で注文した方が良いです。
感じの良い若いスタッフの方々が切り盛りされていましたが、創業者のマスターも現役で働かれているとのこと、嬉しい驚きでした。
