み	みうけん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 粋な下町、横浜橋商店街。きっとこのお店の口コミを見に来る方々には、もはや説明は不要でしょう。そんな横浜橋商店街の裏手にひっそりとある街中華です。店内はテーブルと小上がりで、少し薄暗いかな。先客はなし。ご夫婦とおばあちゃんの３人で切り盛りされているようです。この日の注文は「ワンタンメン」（７００円）。みうけんの定番ですね＾＾注文してから５分くらい待つ。その間にもひっきりなしに出前注文の電話が鳴っています。こちらは訪問よりも出前のニーズの方が高いのかな。地元に愛されている証左ですよね＾＾出前は地元の人の特権ですからね！！さて、そんなことを考えていると着丼です。緑が無いけれど、見た感じイカにもなタダしい姿のワンタンメンです。麺を完全に隠してしまうたくさんのワンタンがまぶしいね！！まずはスープ。クリアなスープは、鶏ガラのコクとスッキリした醤油味。ほんのり浮いた油がうまいですね＾＾これぞ街中華のスープです。麺は、中細ストレート。しっかりしたコシで、茹で加減がとにかく最高！！どこまでもシコシコした麺は噛んでいて幸せになれます。湯切り、量も上々でなかなかうまい麺です。ワンタンは、肉が少しはいったシンプルあっさりで皮を楽しむワンタン。皮のピロピロな食感が小気味よく、そんなワンタンが６個入っています。他には普通のシナチク。全体的によくまとまっていて美味しく、お店の方もニコニコされていて実に感じが良い。この街で愛される、いつまでも続いて欲しいステキな街中華だったのでした。 A stylish downtown area, Yokohamabashi Shopping District. s	s o on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近この周辺の若松家、うらふねと回って気になってた町中華のひとつの「龍華」。幹線道路から少し入った、横浜橋商店街の裏側という立地。昼時過ぎてましたが空いてました。昼間の店内は薄暗い感じです。席に着くと壁にラーメンと飯物セット(800円)があるのに気付きました。ラーメン炒飯セットがある事を確認しましたが、念のためメニュー表も見てみます。サンマーメンは無さそうです。結局、ラーメン炒飯セットに決定。因みにセットは、飯物は、炒飯、中華丼、麻婆丼など3、４品の中から、それとラーメンかワンタンの組み合わせができるようです。最近は、町中華のラーメン炒飯セットが出される瞬間までワクワク感が出る体になってます。ここのセットはどんなにものかなぁ〜と、待ちます。ここのセットのラーメンは、醤油ラーメンで、シナチクとネギのトッピングというシンプルな物です。スープはほのかに生姜の風味がアクセントにもなってます。炒飯も卵、焼豚、ネギでシンプルに仕上がっています。ラーメン炒飯セットとしては、普通に美味しいです！食べ終わる頃を見張らってか、なんとアイスコーヒーが提供されました。食事で汗かいてた時文に、ナイスなタイミングです。有り難いです。 Recently, the Wakamatsuya around here, "Ryuka" is one of the town's Chinese foods that I've been curious about.
