★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水捌け難あり。遊園部分が奥まってて防犯上どうか？サッカー出来るが駐車場なし。路上駐車の気になる真面目な人には不向き。
There is difficulty draining water. How about crime prevention because the amusement park part is recessed? You can play soccer but there is no parking lot. Not suitable for serious people who are concerned about parking on the street.
