★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう二度と行きません。薬の説明が雑すぎました。話も全然聞いていません。
私は複数持病があります。
なので症状が出た際に飲む、頓服薬を常備しています。
頓服薬である事を伝えた上で今回処方された薬との飲み合わせを聞いたのですが、お薬手帳を見ながら「1ヶ月前に1週間分ってもうないでしょ？症状が出たら病院に行かなきゃ。飲み合わせはその時に薬局で聞いて。」と教えて貰えませんでした。
さすがに困るのでもう一度説明を求めたところ、またしてもお薬手帳を見ながら「これってなんの薬だっけ？」と聞かれました。
把握していないことに驚きつつ、答えましたが「私もその症状出るわー！大変よねー！！」と飲み合わせについては取り合って貰えませんでした。
知らなかったのは仕方がないと思いますが、せめてお薬手帳に書いてある薬を調べるくらいの事はして欲しいです。
また、患者の中には頓服薬として薬を処方されている人もいることを理解した上でしっかりと薬の説明をしていただきたいです。
