高	高木 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 富士宮やきそばのルーツという話を聞いていってみました。内装は駄菓子屋で、中に大きな鉄板があります。お好み焼き、もんじゃ焼き含め粉もの系は駄菓子屋が発祥という話で、富士宮焼きそばも駄菓子屋の鉄板焼きから始まったのでしょう。もちろん期待して焼きそばを注文しました。ただ店のおばちゃんにオラつかれ、うちは富士宮焼きそばが発祥で美味しいでしょという驕った感じでした。なんとなく居心地は悪く、実際焼きそばの味は薄く、キャベツも固くあまり美味しくはない。サービスエリアとかで食べる富士宮焼きそばの方が美味しいのは間違いないです。ただ贅沢できなかった昭和の駄菓子屋の焼きそばの味というのは昔からこういった味だったのでしょう。今度富士宮に来たら別の店で食べるかな。 I heard about the roots of Fujinomiya Yakisoba.
