薬出すだけじゃなくて、必ずひと声かけてくれる。さりげない一言に治療中の不安な心はいつも救われました。薬剤師さんは専門外のこともあるだろうに、話を聞いてくれたり、調べてくれたり、とにかく相談しやすい。通院治療は辛いけど、ここでいつも癒やされています。薬局内で情報共有もされてるみたいで前回のことを踏まえて声かけてくれるのもかなり安心です✨ 耳の遠いご高齢の方にも、丁寧に対応されているのもよく見かけます。ご高齢の方が座って説明が聞けるところにご案内する、理解できるように説明する、飲み方の確認、困ってることないか聞くなど、当たり前なんでしょうけど、すごいなぁと関心してしまいます。

1月末にお世話になったときに受付のアルコールスプレーを使用したら、手に持っていた財布のコーティングが剥げて手にベッタリくっつきました。手洗いで落ちましたし、怪我をした訳ではないですが…お気に入りのお財布が痛みました。改善して欲しいなと思います。ちなみに受付の方や薬剤師さんは親身になってくれますし対応も丁寧なので安心してお話ができます！！！
