誕生日用の花束を予約していた事を伝えても、
年末だからなのか
いい花はもうあまりないですよ、
と半笑いで対応されました。
予約していた事がようやく伝わったと思ったら、
花束と指定していたのに、アレンジメントにされていたのにも驚きです。（作り直して頂きました）
メッセージカードにつける文もあらかじめ送っていたのに、入っていませんでした。
当日まで本当に楽しみにしていたのに、すごく残念な気持ちになりました。
作って頂いた花束は、とても素敵でしたので
評価は星3です。

店頭脇に少し枯れ始め気味の鉢植え花を確認。
色味が気に入り、購入を申し出たところ、
店員さん曰く、もう古くて廃棄するところ
だったと。気に入ったのならどうぞと。
