★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 悪寒からの高熱が短期間で何度も出て、胸痛などの症状があったので、初めてまちの内科クリニックへかかりました。「お医者さんの診察が丁寧かつ、患者の情報からしっかりと的確に原因を考えてくれる。疑問や不安を残さない」という、とても満足度の高い診察をしていただきました！
ほんとにしっかり原因を探してくれるし、患者にも説明がとても丁寧で、ちゃんと病気を解決してくれるすごく良いお医者さんと看護師さん達でした！めちゃくちゃ良かったです、ずっと不安だったのですごく安心しました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 熱が上がったり下がったりしていたので、このご時世コロナを疑っていました。先生はちゃんと診察して頂き、薬も処方して頂きました。念の為PCR検査の申し込みもとお願いし、諸々の書類を書きました。
受付の方に渡すと、大きな声で、PCR検査についての詳細はご存知ですか？と聞き、役所の方に電話する時も、私の名前を大きな声で、院内に聞こえるぐらいの声で、読み上げました。
それが普通なんですかね？
書類の記入をお願いしてきた方は、すごく丁寧に少し小さな声で説明を色々して頂きました。
もちろん、配慮もあってのことかと思いました。受付の方にはとても驚きました。大声で名前を呼ばれて、その場を立ち去る時、診察に来ていた皆さんの目が少し怖かったのを今でも覚えています。あの看護師さんがいるならもう二度と行かないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前、開院当初から息子が通っておりましたが人気が出て忙しくなったからなのか…とても感じの悪い対応をされて、息子共々行かなくなりました。副医院長は開院当初親身になって診てくださったのに…呼吸困難で受診、問診で喘息の薬処方。次の日も改善せず受診。すぐに治りません！と叱られ…じゃ抗生物質でも飲みます!? 大きい病院でもいったらどうですか？と 何でこんなことを言われないといけないのか…子供と怒り心頭！その足で大きな病院に行き、事情を話しすぐに診て頂きました。血液検査や何にも検査しなかったの？医師が驚きどこの病院？と何度も聞かれました。喘息ではありません、処方された薬止めてくださいね…と色々検査して頂き新たに処方された薬を服用したらすぐに良くなりました。受付に感じの悪い対応をする方もいて…二度と行かなくなりました。

I had various tests and I got better as soon as I took the newly prescribed medicine. Some people responded unpleasantly to the receptionist ... I never went there again.

長年いるから、ベテランにでもなったつもりなのでしょう。酷いもんです。

待ち時間は昼前11:30に行って1.5h〜2h待ち案内。
普段からかなり忙しそうです。
予約のシステムはないようです。
受付前は行列です。
来てもらってから1時間くらい離れて院を貰ってもいいという案内。
そこまで混むなら混雑させないためにもWEB予約などやってもらいたいです。
先生の対応は良くて安心できる感じでとてもわかりやすく説明をしてくれるので良かったです。
待っても良かったと思えるものでしたし待ってでも受診したい人が多いのも理解できました。
受付の方も割と丁寧です。
先生のデスクの周囲に大量の資料（？）などが積み重なっており、崩れ落ちんばかり、いや崩れ落ちていました。
忙しさを物語っているように感じたのと個人情報等の管理について少し心配になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は人柄がいいのですが、受付の方は態度がすごく悪いです。上から目線を感じます。
私の時は笑顔は一切なかったです。分からない事があってもめんどくさそうに対応されますし突き放す態度です。長く受付やられてるのかなとは思い慣れはあると思いますが態度を雑にするのは違うと思います。
