★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 馬橋駅併設の商業施設です。市役所支所が入っていて市民的には便利です。また、セブンイレブンを筆頭に保育所・形成外科・歯科医院・薬局・エクササイズスタジオ・ティラミス屋・市営駐輪場・居酒屋と、何でもありというか、雑多な店構えになっています。（駅そばが無いのが寂しい…）
もう少しスペース有れば、飲食店も入ったのだろうか。そうしたらまた印象が違ってくるかと思います。
こちらのおかげで、馬橋駅の印象が明るくなって良かったな…と感じております。
