★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結婚式に向けて通い出して、もうすぐ1年経ちます☺️見た目の変化は言うまでもなく勿論ですが、トレーナーさんが人間的に魅力的な方ばかりで、毎回ジムに来るのが楽しみです☺️♪体重自体はピーク時から6kg減り筋肉量キープ??パーソナル探されてる方LYGYMお勧めです❤️

自分ではなかなか追い込めないところを筋肉の限界を見極めながら追い込んでくれるので安心して身も心も委ねてます(^-^)v

それだけじゃない。経験豊富、知識豊富でどんな疑問にも即答！お客さんと同じ目線で的確に指導してくれますよ。食事制限もなく、毎日細かいところまでアドバイスをくれます。そのお陰で入らなかったスーツが今ではピッタリ！最新トレーニング機器も勢揃いでやる気満々！GYM内も清潔でいろんな話も聞かせてもらい、毎回楽しみしかない！
