したい髪型でもダメな時はちゃんと言ってもらえるし、ヘアスタイルを提案してくれるところがすごく良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなりの癖毛で20年以上同じ美容院に行ってました。1回目は友人に良かったから行ってみてと割引券を頂きリタッチカラー(20年以上のいつもの美容院はリタッチ無し縮毛矯正と同時も出来ず)で行き、トップに近い人に担当して頂き、リタッチカラー&縮毛矯正が同時に出来ると教えて頂き、2回目はホットペッパー(Ponta貯めてる)から同時で予約(ココねカードの持参忘れた)やはり前回のトップに近い人の次位の方?が担当でしたが、縮毛矯正中途半端なとこ有りましたが又行くの面倒でまあいいかと。3回目、リタッチカラーで指命無しでホットペッパーで指命無しで予約…声小さい若い男の子(偉そうな人は1人も居ない)が担当、何しゃべってるか分からない事しばしば…2回目の訪問カードに書いてないから?今時予約入ったら電話番号で検索出来ますよね?縮毛矯正した事知らずに次は縮毛矯正ですねなんて話てきて不愉快に…さらに最後にアイロンしますと左側だけで終わり…?何故?で、耳の後ろ痒くて掻いてたら膿出て来て瘡蓋に…かぶれました↓指命しなかったのが悪かったのかもですが、接客も下手↓技術も無い↓人しかその日は居ませんでした↓あんな子達にお店任せてたら、いつか痛い目に合いますよ!癖毛で悩んでる人には不向き↓頭皮が敏感(私は敏感では無いのにかぶれました)な人は論外↓スタッフのレベルに差有りすぎ?完璧な人が1人も居ない店です↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓

検温、消毒のみ。客に接する身内側の対策してくれ。
アクリル板なし、フェイスガードなし、店員のマスクは自由でウイルス対策も定まってないし。
そもそもエアコンが壊れてるなら休業するか、電話番号も知ってるんだから、事前に客に伺いを立てるべき。大寒波真冬なんどけど。すごい寒い。持病ありで連絡してあるんだから、対策はしっかりして欲しかったし、手は貸して欲しいって予約の時に言ったのに、なにもしてくれない。
普通の対応も、思いやりもなし。
髪型も気に入らず。以前に下手。担当も下手だし、サブも下手。シャンプーまともに出来ないってなに?服濡れたし、首から背中までベタベタするし。「大丈夫ですよ、服は慣れてないですよ〜」それはやらかした店員が言うセリフじゃないから。
専門用語なんてわからないし、どうしたら良いのこの頭。

完璧。すごい綺麗。どこも不満はない。すごくやり甲斐があった。って、技術向上や、完璧を求めた上でのこのカットですか?
初心を思い出して、客を綺麗にする、満足させるって忘れちゃいけないんじゃないかな?定期的に交代制で東京のスタッフと交換して勉強会とか、技術向上をお願いしたい。
絶対的な腕の違いに気づく機会を作るべきだと思う。東京の美容師も全員が上手いわけじゃないけど。
そして、このご時世、コロナ舐めた対応しないで欲しい。
こんなんじゃいつ感染者が出てもおかしくない。対策なんていくらでも出来るでしょうよ。都内の美容院がやってるくらいの対策してくれないと困る。密になる接客業だっていう意識が低すぎる。
