★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was confused where it was at first, then I realized the entrance was behind the Family Mart. When you first walk in the place, it was like a apartment, it was really small, but that’s how most places in Japan is anyways. I don’t remember the females name who waxed me, but she was great ! She was thorough, I liked the fact that she asked if it was ok to pluck the remaining hairs that she wasn’t able to wax off. I was amazingly surprised that she used hard wax ! I prefer hard wax than the strips anyways. Discounted price when you bundle, I bought the 5 sessions for 20,000 YEN. This place will be my go to Brazilian Wax from now on !

I discovered this place when I moved from France where waxing is really popular and it was difficult to find a place in Yokohama with high level of service as it’s less popular in Japan . Lula wax is a really good place with English speaking staff and they take time to do a good job ! Always happy to visit this salon as I know I will leave very satisfied with their services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on the 7th floor, 5-10m walk from Yokohama station, saw the Lula sign on the sidewalk at the building. English menu on their website. Clean place, friendly & professional staff. Wada-san was great, spoke good English, and there was a summer special for Brazilian! Found my new waxing spot! Just wish they waxed eyebrows, but I understand that Japan just splits businesses differently than I'm used to. ?

Moe is very professional and friendly and speaks great English. They also have a very convenient reservation system which can be done via LINE as well as the amazing prices for their services. Absolutely 100% recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had hair removed from my legs using the laser treatment and the outcome was great. The first picture is before any treatment at all and the second is what it looks like now after 5 times of the laser. The last treatment was about a year ago, so I'm thinking it wont grow back to what it used to be.
The staff was able to communicate in English using LINE translations and that went smoothly as well.
The only problem I had was the serious itch which lasted for about a week but besides that, all went as planed.
I'm looking forward to have other parts treated soon.
