シ	シウォンちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近白髪染めをてもらったんですが、指名した人が忙しかったようでカットはしてくれたのですが染めはアシストの人だった。そのアシスタントの人は他の人と話しながらで心配になりちゃんとできてるか聞いてみたら「はい。大丈夫です」と明るく言ってくれたのですが、案の定ムラが目立っていました。カットしてくれた人に確認してもらったら「確かムラになってます。お時間頂ければやりなあさせてください」とのことでしたが、その日は体調がわるかったので帰りました。後日店に電話をしたらオ－ナ－の人が対応してくれたのですが「ク－リングオフは一週間までになっております。一週間以内に店来られないと受け付けられません」と言われました。そもそも店のミスなのに、ク－リングオフではなくクレームだよね。あまりにも酷い対応で呆れてしまいました。気に入ってて利用してたんですが、二度と行かないと思いました。 Recently, I had my hair dyed, but the person I nominated seemed to be busy, and he cut it, but the dye was an assist.
