★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マツエクサロン。お値段がそこそこなだけあって持ちが良く腕は良い。が、恐ろしくホスピタリティがない。都営新宿線が1時間運転見合わせで行けなくなってしまったので電話をしたら今回だけキャンセル料はとらないが今日中の他の時間に振りかえが条件と言われる。コロナ禍で必死なのか知りませんがいくらなんでもひどすぎる。ちなみにキャンセル料は3,000円です。
そして時間を変えて行ったら「次回から時間変更やキャンセルはキャンセル料をいただきますのでご注意ください」とまた言われる始末。入店時に「変更していただいてすみません」と謝ったにもかかわらず。
電車を止めないなんて誰ができるんですかね？
その前には体温計測で37度以上になり、帰れと言われた。ちなみに体温計が壊れていて他の体温計ではかってもらったら平熱でした。
なにかと運営に不備がありすぎます。
柔軟性がないです。
質と施設が気に入っていましたが、流石に他の店に行くことにします。
False eyelash salon. The price is reasonable, so it's long-lasting and good at skill. However, it is horribly lacking in hospitality. I couldn't go to the Toei Shinjuku Line for an hour, so when I called, I wouldn't charge a cancellation fee, but it's said that I have to look back at another time today. I don't know if I'm desperate for Corona, but anything is too terrible. By the way, the cancellation fee is 3,000 yen.
And if you change the time, you will be told again, "Please note that you will be charged a cancellation fee if you change or cancel the time from the next time." Even though I apologized when I entered the store, "I'm sorry for the change."
Who can do it without stopping the train?
Before that, my body temperature reached 37 degrees or higher, and I was told to go home. By the way, the thermometer was broken and it was normal if I had another thermometer measure it.
There are too many deficiencies in management.
Inflexible.
I liked the quality and facilities, but decided to go to another store.

中々仕上がりの好みが合うサロンが見つからずにいましたが下川さんというスタッフの方がとても丁寧に対応して下さり満足いく仕上がりになりました。またお願い致します^^
It is an eyelash curl shop about 10 minutes on foot from the southeast exit of Shinjuku Station (the nearest station is Shinjuku Sanchome Station). The hot pepper beauty was highly evaluated, and we visited the Parisienne Rush treatment.
