トレーニングから食事まで丁寧に教えて下さりとっても心強いです。
I am indebted to the postpartum diet. I go with a 3 month old child. It is recommended because you can go with your baby!
It is very encouraging to teach me carefully from training to meals.

毎食の食事もいつも丁寧に返信して頂いています。仕事との両立もなかなか難しい中、諦めモードもありながらもいつも優しく話を聞いてくれるトレーナーさん達です。
辛いこともありますが自分の理想に近づけるようアドバイス貰いながら頑張ります！
I participated for the purpose of dieting.
We always reply politely to each meal. While it is difficult to balance with work, the trainers always listen kindly even though there is a mode of giving up.
It can be painful, but I will do my best while receiving advice to get closer to my ideals!

I go on a diet, but I'm always doing my best because it encourages me brightly and positively. Also, since it is one-on-one training, it is also helpful to be able to train with children!
