★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪です。灯油配達の不備の件で電話したのですが電話口の男が謝りもせず横柄な対応で驚きました。あんな対応、二度と依頼しません。サービスとはなんなのか勉強した方がよいのでは？接客応対マニュアルなどない会社なのでしょうね。
