★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の昼過ぎに急きょ葬儀の依頼をしましたが、快く対応してもらい、わずか1時間で引き取りに来てもらえました。
しかし、遺骨返却当日になっても何時に届けてもらえるのか一切連絡がなく、不安になったのでこちらから問い合わせたところ、会社の中で伝達ミスがあったそうです。
問い合わせ後、すぐに届けてもらうことができたものの、この点だけは残念です。
対応自体はとても良かったです。
I hurriedly requested a funeral after noon on weekdays, but they were willing to respond and came to pick me up in just one hour.
However, even on the day of returning the remains, there was no contact at all about what time they would be delivered, and I was worried, so when I inquired from here, it seems that there was a communication error within the company.
I was able to get it delivered immediately after making an inquiry, but this is a shame.
The correspondence itself was very good.
