★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017.11.15 PM14時頃。コートのサイズを直す先客に付きっきりで待っている客と目も合わさない、声もかけない。「お待ち下さい」なり「◯分後に…」なり、いくらでも対応できると思うのですが。話しかけづらい雰囲気のなか5分待ち、これはしばらく終わらないな、と思いその場を離れ戻った20分後、再度来店にも一切目を合わさず。
パートなのか正社員なのかわかりませんが、接客の基本を知らない従業員を使うお店には二度と行きません。
2017.11.15 PM around 14:00. I am trying to fix the size of the court, and I don't talk to the customers who are waiting for me. "Please wait" or "after a minute ..." Waiting for 5 minutes in an atmosphere that is difficult to talk to, I thought that this would not end for a while, and 20 minutes after I left the place, I did not look at the store again.
I don't know if it's part-time or full-time, but I'll never go to a store that uses employees who don't know the basics of customer service.
