★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More pricey than Starbucks, but the teas are all very excellent. I would really like to return to try the Masala Chai Tea because it's as good as you can get in India or Britain.
The scones are disappointingly small and the extra 300 yen for clotted cream is not worth it - you barely get a teaspoon's worth. The basement itself is very spacious, and you do get privacy walls. It's a very nice ambiance they have set up.
Service can be a little slow, and the waiters have shaky hands. But, you come here for the tea and ambiance. If that's all you want, then it's a fine place - just don't order the scones!
