苦手なお野菜もあり、私はピーマンと玉ねぎが苦手なのですが、こちらのお店は全ての食材にこだわりがあり、野菜そのものが甘くて全部美味しかったので、苦手な野菜も出してもらってチャレンジしてみました!
とっても美味しかったです!!
料理自体もこだわりがあったり、オリジナル料理ばかりなので、どれも本当に美味しかったです!
相談しながらお料理を出して頂けたりもするので、アレルギーや食事制限をしている方でも安心だし楽しんで食事が出来ます!
来月も予約しているので行くのが楽しみです!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飲み放題のコースを注文しましたが、料理もタイミングをみて1品ずつ出してくれてコースにしてよかったと思いました。野菜のフリッターはオーガニック野菜を堪能できる一品。パスタも和風でとても落ち着く味で野菜の甘みをいかしてるなと思いました。すべての料理に添えてある野菜もオーガニックなので、野菜の甘みを感じながら料理を楽しむことができます。マスターの気さくな感じや、店内の落ち着く感じが時間のすぎるのを忘れるぐらい楽しく過ごすことが出来ます。定期的に自分へのご褒美として行きたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 連れの誘いで訪問、事前に書き込みを見た時から、嫌な予感はしてましたが、まず初めに衛生面のご指摘の書き込みがありましたが
決して綺麗とは言えません、カウンターだけのお店に、携帯など私物が置いてあったり、ん?と思いましたが、それよりも気になったのが、ずっと店の人が咳をしていることです。コロナ禍でわざわざ行ってるのに、仕切りもなく、押し込められたって感じでした。体調が悪いなら医者へ行くなり休むなりしてほしいものです。
そして料理はコースでしたが、作り置きの感じで、どこにでもあるような感じです。私は別に舌が肥えているわけでもないので、普通に食べましたが、特に美味しいとゆうことはありません、そのうちスープが出せれましたが「大根とショウガのスープ」らしいのですが、酸っぱくて飲める代物ではありませんでした。他の客は飲んでましたが「一人客」私たちは二人とも酸っぱすぎて飲めませんでした。私は決して不味いとかそうゆうことを言いたいのではなく、その後の店の人の言葉に耳を疑ったからです。店の人は残したスープを見てこう言い放ったのです
「うちは無農薬でやらさせてもらってます、この味がダメで、もし舌が合わないようでしたら、これから出す料理は代金頂きませんが、どうします?」
そんな事、客に平気で言いますか?
百歩譲って、もし言うなら料理の前に言ってください!
味が合わず残したからと言って、文句ゆうのはおかしくないですか?「残すなら金はいらん!さぁどうすんねん!」と言われてるのと同じですよ、まだ出てない料理に「食べますよ!払いますよ!」と言わざる得ない気持ちわかりますか?
その後の料理も味何て覚えてません、適当に酒飲んで出ましたが、連れと一日店の文句言ってました。
態度改めるべきですよ。同じような思いを誰かがしてほしくないので書き込みました。私は二度と行きませんが。
この書き込みを見て、お店の言い訳を聞きたいものです。

And although the cooking was a course, it feels like it's pre-made, and it feels like it's everywhere. I don't have a fat tongue, so I ate it normally, but it's not particularly delicious. I was able to serve soup, but it seems to be "radish and ginger soup", but it's sour and drinkable. It wasn't a substitute. The other guests were drinking, but "single guest" We were both too sour to drink. I never wanted to say that it was unpleasant, but because I doubted the words of the shop staff after that. The store clerk saw the soup left and said,
"We do it without pesticides. If this taste is not good and your tongue doesn't fit, you won't be charged for the food you're about to serve. What do you do?"
Do you feel comfortable telling customers about that?

I don't remember the taste of the food after that, I drank properly, but complained about the restaurant for a day with my companion.

ここの味は化学調味料に慣れてる方には物足りないと思います。それに対してなんとなく不満を漏らしたら言い返されてそれを根に持ってグチグチ言ってるってのがオチでしょう。情けない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 衛生面が酷く、コース料理の途中でたまらず店を出ました。
・レンジの近くに使用済みのマスク。
・皿を十分に洗わず、油や汚れを布巾で拭きとっただけの皿を使い次の客に提供。
・皿を拭いた布巾で直ぐに鍋の柄を待ち、またそれで皿を拭いていた。(私は目を疑い、布巾が新しいものに替えてから皿を拭いているのかと確認をしましたが、やはり汚いままのもので皿を拭いていました。)
・レンジ扉の下に肉を置いたまま開けたため、思い切り扉と接触していたが、(シェフも気付いている)気にせずにそのまま提供していた。
・皿を洗ったあとの水ぼとぼとの状態や、紙幣や硬貨を触ったあとに、手を洗うことなく食材の調理をしていた。などなど
見ていてこんなにも不信感や、不安感が高まる店は今までに経験がありませんでした。コース途中で帰るのは失礼ですが、その先料理を食べれる自信がなくなり、退席しました。
私と同じ思いをする人が今後出てこないようレビュー書かせていただきます。以前のレビューが嘘のように良いので驚きましたが、シェフが変わったのでしょうか?
どちらにせよ、改善よろしくお願いします。もしくは自分のキャパシティに合った予約の受け入れをお勧めします。作業が忙しなく、リラックスできませんでした。

他のお客様に聞こえると失礼ですので、シェフが外に出られた時、私から上記のことについて退店理由を伝えたためはっきり覚えてるはずです。
私はpaypayにて支払いますと言いましたが、シェフの方から今日は代金いただきません。とおっしゃられました。
あくまでも認めたくないようですね。悪い評価が実際にあったことは無かったことにはできません。その場のコメントでも現場でも謝罪の言葉はなし。あげく『私の店のことではありません』ですか。認めて改善していただけること期待しましたがもう2度と行くことはないでしょう。今後も衛生面に気をつけながら頑張ってくださいね。

・衛生面が酷いという口コミがあるけど特にそういう感じはしなかった
・GoTo+大阪府キャンペーンで行った店の中では当たりの店だった
・ハイボールが少なかった(手を付けてなくて写真の状態)
・店長一人で回してそうで忙しそうだった
・グラスに入ってる前菜が美味しかった
・前菜の盛り合わせも美味しかった
・スープとパンも美味しかった(パンはあと2個くらい欲しかった
・鯛のポワレも美味しかった
・ステーキも美味しかった。ほぼ真っ赤だからレアかと思いきや、いい感じに火が通ってた。しかし少し冷め気味だった。一人だからこれが限界だとは思うが高そうなお肉がもったいない。皿を温めるとかするか店員さん雇ったらいいと思った。
○GoToで行ったので★3つてことで。あと、500円でメイン級のメニューが色々あったので、居酒屋的な使い方もできそうかなと思った。(鯛のポワレも500円と書いてあった!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely post food reviews in Japan, as I trusted the food quality as well as the hygienic condition. Because of the “Go to Eat” campaign, tonight my Japanese friend and I reserved this restaurant hoping to have a nice treat. However this restaurant I went to was a total nightmare, probably the worst I’ve been to in the entire world.
1. The chef served the water with the ice touched by the hands directly.
2. The plates were not clean or just washed and wiped, still with water drops or oil on them.
3. The only one wipe was used almost everywhere, wipe the hands, the plates, handles.....
4. After wiping the hands, the food was placed on the plates with the same hand.
If all of the above was still ok to carry on, this is the LAST STRAW that breaks the camel’s back. As one of the guest requested the check and paid with cash, the chef gave the changes (paper money) as well as some changes coins right from his pants. After all these, he continued to serve the dish without washing his hands.
I called for the check right away, there’s no way to go through the meal. It’s just horrible. P.S: Midway through I noticed a used mask next to the microwave the whole time.
I understand lately because of the “go to eat campaign” people will eat out a lot more and some restaurants are focused more on the sale rather than the quality. It’s really a shame a restaurant like this ruins the reputation of the decent Japanese cuisine culture.
I’d also like to suggest google to have the rating of “zero star”, cause the restaurant like this one doesn’t deserve any of these.
