ジ	ジャックウーラー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 築17年、風害と老朽化により屋根材が剥がれてしまい、インターネットで調べたところロハスさんを見てすぐに連絡しました。土曜日の夕方でしたが、月曜日にはすぐ確認に来て下さり、ドローンで隅々まで調べていただけました。次の日には応急処置をして頂き、やはり老朽化もあり、屋根のカバー工法と外壁塗装をお願いする事にしました。工事は、雨などで予定が変わる事もありましたが、その都度連絡があり、職人の方も毎日しっかりと説明していただけたので、とても安心でした。屋根はカバー工法で見違えるようにきれいにして頂き、外壁塗装も下塗り2回上塗り2回の計4回塗る事により、とても綺麗な仕上がりで、何よりとても丁寧な仕事だなと感じました。後から、ベランダの防水やコウモリ対策もお願いしましたが、快く受けて下さり、こちらもとても丁寧にやって頂けました。仕上がりは、想像以上で新築のように綺麗です！色も以前とは、違った色にしましたが、提案して頂けてとてもいい色となりました！補償も付いていますし、地元密着なのでいつでも相談できるのでとても安心です。ロハスさんにお願いして本当に良かったです。 17 years old, the roofing material was peeled off due to wind damage and aging, and when I searched on the Internet, I saw Mr. Rojas and immediately contacted him. To LOHAS who seems to be cheap and rich in content compared to the estimates of other companies I asked, but it was the correct answer. Especially good was the easy use of paint swatches to create a finished image. It was a unique item that you can see. Thanks to this after completion I am grateful that there was nothing different from the image. Moreover, it has an 8-year warranty and is inspected every year. It's just a recommendation.
