★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全体的に新しいです。ログハウス中心の展示場。道路を挟んだ駐車場に車は置けます。有料ですが、駐車券もらえたはず。他の住宅メーカーと違って、グイグイ営業してこないので、物足りない方も多いですが、そういうスタイルと思ってください。
Overall new. An exhibition center mainly for log houses. You can put your car in the parking lot across the road. It is charged, but you should have received a parking ticket. Unlike other house makers, there are not many people who are not happy because they do not come into business, but please think of such a style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家づくりに大変参考になります。アウトドア好きな家庭もすぐにトリコになります。が、なかなか柔軟性に欠けるので我が家は断念しました。屋上は不可、2階LDKも不可。仕方ないですね。
It will be a great reference for making a house. Families that love the outdoors will soon be Toriko. However, my home gave up because it was rather inflexible. No rooftop, no 2nd floor LDK. It is inevitable.

こちらの見学には、先に住所や氏名などのアンケート用紙に記入する必要があります。
今のところ、しつこい勧誘などは来てないです。
ハンモックがあったり、ブランコがあったり、子どもも楽しめる住宅見学展示場となります。
金額は、思っているより高額になるし、
メンテナンスも大変で、よほどお金に余裕がある人か、そういう面倒なメンテナンスが苦にならない人以外はオススメ出来ない。
湿気の多い日本には合ってない建物なんだと再確認する事になりました。
