こ	ここ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 派遣でお世話になった会社です。仕事内容、環境共に最高。トップスポットが直接請負されているので派遣登録してから仕事に入れば優先的に選んで頂け、繁忙期には1000円〜2000円の手当が付く時も有り、交通費全額支給です。給料面も今迄で1番。社員の方は厳しいけど最もな意見と理解出来ております。頑張っている人とそうでない人を厳しく判断するので私は共感してます。言われても当然。毎日ストレスの連続で大変だと思います。頑張ったらきちんと評価していただける会社なので皆様仕事捜されておられるなら一度選ばれたらどうでしょうか。日勤、夜勤あり、月曜から日曜まで毎日募集されてます。厚木駅からで無く海老名駅東口から (長16)のバスに乗車。社家入口か農業高校前で下車するのが1番しんどくないです。仕事前にファミリーマートに行けます。建物の近くに電車が走っているから少し歩くけど社家駅に行けるのではないでしょうか。でも仕事終わったらAM6:22~23位に農業高校前か社家入口にバス走ってるから交通の便は良い。 It is a company that was taken care of by dispatch. あ	あらぶる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 別のところに固定で入っているため、もう行かない可能性があります。役に立たない情報かもしれないことは念頭に置いてください。(1階で勤務。東側エリアです。) 自分は夜勤や(まれに)夕勤で入りましたけど、冬は寒い、夏場は逆に暑い。これは、想像以上にきつかった。まず、体力的にきつい人はローテーションにあまり、かつかつに入れると、体調不良で急な休みを入れると、後で、現場が大変になることが往々にしてあります。だから、自分の体調にあった、ローテーションを考えた上でシフトは出した方が無難です。今は閑散期かもしれないけど、忙しさは急に変わるかもしれないことは念頭に置く。結構、安全対策はしっかりしています。だから、事故はあまり起きないとおもいます。但し、責任者(担当)が変わった場合は、安全に関する部門の教育を受けている人がいる場合(安全に関するスペシャリストが後任で来た場合)は、問題ないと思います。それ以外の方が来てしまったら、また、会社としての考え方が変わる可能性もあるから、何とも言えない。ただ、今は、ここには行っていないけど、えー、マジかよ、っていうくらい厳しいです。(例えは悪いけど、)イスラム教並みの厳しい戒律があると思っても良いかな。 It's fixed elsewhere, so you may not go anymore.
