★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LIXILの名古屋駅ショールーム。予約制ですがスタッフが親切に案内してくれます。今回はお客様連れてお風呂、洗面台をメインに回りましたが、キッチンも時間オーバーして案内していただきました。駐車場も完備、エクステリアや外壁まで丸ごと相談できるのは便利ですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約していったのに、営業時間外だったため、シュールームは真っ暗。従業員も裏口から帰宅中。質問しても、時間外です、わかりません、と。
帰宅途中に電話がかかり、予約のみで、時間の数分前に開けて受け入れる形だったようですが、電話も時間外で留守電になるし、案内には記されておらず、気分も悪いし、なにhより貴重な時間を無駄にした。その分の対応も全くなかった。
高速代返してほしい。
I made a reservation, but it was out of business hours, so the shoe room was pitch black. Employees are also returning home from the back door. Even if I ask a question, it's overtime, I don't understand.
It seems that a phone call was made on the way home, and only a reservation was made, and it was opened and accepted a few minutes before the time. However, I wasted more precious time than h. There was no response to that extent.

現地確認でスタッフの方が自宅までみえましたが、思わぬ提案を出していただけました。
ただ、後日出てきた見積もりは他社と較べ高すぎると思いました。

予約しないでも気軽に見学できるのがありがたいです。Panasonicのショールームと近いので、まとめて見学できて比較できるのも便利だと思います。
