I visited the house to think about rehome, but I felt it was very good. I had visited the showroom in Omiya before, but responded politely to this request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて行きましたが、担当の女性の対応がとても解りやすく、丁寧に説明してくれました。混んでいる場所は、他の来場者にも気配りを忘れずに案内してくれた姿は、とても気持ちいいものでした。さすが、リクシルさんだと思いました。
Although I went for the first time, the correspondence of the woman in charge was very easy to understand and explained politely. The place where we crowded other guests without forgetting attention was very pleasant. As expected, I thought it was Mr. Rikkil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても親切な対応でした。しかし土日はとても混雑しているので、展示品を自分で見たり確認するのはできますが、質問とか説明を聞くことは事前に予約しておかないと困難だと思います。
It was a very kind response. However, it is very crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, so you can see and check the exhibits on your own, but I think it is difficult to ask questions or explanations in advance unless you make a reservation in advance.
