鍛	鍛冶屋見習い on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クレカ不可は、今の時代大きなマイナスポイント。品揃えは〝さすがコープ！〟付加価値有るこだわり品質や、過度な加工を省いた自然派思考の、安心感溢れる若干お高めな品々が揃ってます。生鮮野菜は地元生産者？でしょうか、鮮度はスーパーより上質と思います。鮮魚も少量あり、こちらは手頃な値段で鮮度良く買い得じゃないでしょうか。（伺った時は６〜７０cmのシイラ丸物が¥800くらいでした。）生鮮肉はグラム単価は高め...も、拘りの品質なのでしょうがないですね。真空パック包装なので、こちらもスーパーより鮮度良いはずです。印象に残ったのは、〝親鶏ミンチ（冷凍）〟が有ったこと。旨味素材として抜群ですからね。 No credit card is a big negative point in this era. Are fresh vegetables a local producer? I think the freshness is better than the supermarket. There are also a small amount of fresh fish, which is reasonably priced and fresh. (When I visited, the 6-70 cm dolphin fish was about ¥ 800.) The unit price of fresh meat is high in grams ... but I think it's the quality of the meat. Since it is vacuum packed, it should be fresher than the supermarket. What impressed me was that there was "parent chicken minced (frozen)". It's an excellent umami ingredient.
