1	119 Gomi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 池袋西武も株式売却している昨今、業務転換が必要。特に最上階は閑古鳥なので、至急改修すべき。個人的な案では一階のフロア半分近く使ってフードコートに。5階は郊外電気屋に対抗出来るように生活家具、電気、リフォーム関連の店舗に大改修（もしくはその類いのテナント）食事や生活家具関係は店舗に長くいる事も多いのでとにかく閑古鳥を鳴かせない雰囲気作りは必要だと思う逆にファッション系はジャンルが違うと立ち止まる事すらせず、面積を無駄に使ってしまうのでいまのユニクロと西友で十分スタジオシティ側は遊技、娯楽関係に統一して食事処を本館に移せば人は必ず移動する Now that Ikebukuro Seibu is also selling shares, business conversion is necessary. Especially the top floor is a quiet old bird, so it should be repaired immediately. My personal idea is to use nearly half of the first floor for a food court. On the other hand, fashion-related products will not stop if the genre is different, and will waste space, so the current UNIQLO and Seiyu are sufficient. On the Studio City side, if the restaurant is unified to the main building for games and entertainment, people will surely move.
