オーバーサイズのためご迷惑お掛けしましたが、サイズの大きい素敵な衣装も用意していただいたので、本当に助かりました。
I used it for costume rental at the wedding. The staff members were very responsive and we had a smooth discussion.
We apologize for the oversize, but we were able to prepare a nice large costume, which was really helpful.

また、とにかく待ち時間が多いです。
１つ質問をすると担当者が確認のため離席し10分ほど待たされるということが何度もあります。
I went to various dress shops, but I think that this one has quite a few costumes overall. If you are particular about it, we recommend others.
Also, there is a lot of waiting time anyway.
When I ask one question, the person in charge often leaves my seat for confirmation and waits for about 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フォトウェディングです。「ほとんどのお客様がプラン内」とのことだったので安心して契約しました。しかし、ドレスもタキシードも追加料金が当たり前でプラン＋20万は掛かります。
アクセサリーも付いているとはいいつつも、物によって追加料金が必要。なによりガッカリしたのはドレスの試着が3着しかできなかったことです。試着の日に初めて3着と聞き驚きました。和装は2着です。
撮る前から残念な気持ちで後悔しています。
連絡用にメールを送ると言っていましたがそれもきません。

店員さんの話が2転3転とするし、知り合いと話してることと私たちに話すことも違うし、どうして約1年後に挙式を控える私たちの担当が約1ヶ月後退職される方なのでしょう？会社への不信感が募るばかりです
