さ	さおり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このセンターの卒業生です。都内のIT企業で事務職をしています。訓練内容は、基礎的な事務スキル、パソコン、ストレスやコミュニケーションのためのワークショップ、実習などでした。私はここに1年半通ってよかったです。専門的なスキルを学ぶわけではありませんが、訓練を一通り修了すれば幅広い業界でのサポート業務に就きやすいと思います。どこでも誰とでもやっていける気がします、可能性が広がると思います。私は大手のIT企業とご縁があり、今で2年ほどで、自分のキャリアを開発しているところです。一番の学びは、「生きることや働くことはすごく苦しいと思ってたけど、違う選択肢もあるんだな」と分かったことでした。多様な特性を持った方と関わり、自分の障害と向き合った経験は、入社後もとても生きています。(会社の人から、自分の経験について一目置かれることもあります) 就労移行支援事業所は場所によって特色が大きく違うので、自分にあったところを見つけて欲しいですが、迷ってたら是非見学に行ってみてください。卒業まで真摯に向き合ってくださったスタッフの皆様、ありがとうございました。 I am a graduate of this center. I work as an office worker at an IT company in Tokyo. The training content included basic clerical skills, personal computers, workshops for stress and communication, and practical training. I'm glad I've been here for a year and a half. Although you do not learn specialized skills, I think that it will be easier to get support work in a wide range of industries if you complete the training. I feel like I can do it with anyone anywhere, and I think the possibilities will expand. I have a relationship with a major IT company, and I am developing my career in about two years now. The best thing I learned was that I thought it was very difficult to live and work, but there are different options. The experience of dealing with people with various characteristics and facing their own disabilities has been very much alive even after joining the company. (Sometimes people in the company give a glance at their experience) The characteristics of employment transition support offices differ greatly depending on the location, so I would like you to find a place that suits you, but if you are unsure, please go visit. m	mi h on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自己理解とストレスマネジメントのプログラムがとても参考になりました。利用者に合わせたプログラムやワークが用意されています。スタッフさんは穏やかで人柄が良い方達で、生活面や精神的な面で安定できるようなアドバイスや定期的な面談をしてくれます。通所している方々も穏やかな方が多く、事業所の雰囲気は良いと感じました。就活に必要な事は学べますし、サポートもしっかりしています。模擬面接や面接の同行は助かりましたし、心強かったです。支援のプロのスタッフさんには感謝しています。ありがとうございました。 The self-understanding and stress management program was very helpful. Programs and works are prepared according to the user. The staff are calm and well-mannered, and give advice and regular interviews to help them stabilize their lives and spirits. Many of the people who go to the office are calm, and I felt that the atmosphere of the office was good. You can learn what you need for job hunting, and you have solid support. It was helpful and encouraging to accompany the mock interview and the interview. I am grateful to the professional staff for their support. Thank you very much.
