め	めー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1年ほど前に卒業式のヘアセットを予約しました。早朝であった為、どこも増し料金が高く候補があった中で1番安く、おしゃれそうで家から近いところを選びました。大体の時間を伝えると他のお店では少し渋っている感じがあったのですが、ここは快く予約を受け付けてくださったのも選んだ理由のひとつでした。電話で時間のやりとりを何度も男性スタッフ確認したのですが。（着物を預けに行った時も時間の確認をしました）当日の朝行くとお店は開いていませんでした。どこに電話をかけてもでず、着物は預けている為他のお店にも行く事はできませんでした。 1時間弱ほど待っていると、スタッフと思われる女性が自転車でやってきて、予約時間を過ぎている事を伝えましたが、首を傾げているだけで、謝罪はありませんでした。その後、他のスタッフと予約を取ってくれた男性スタッフもゾロゾロと来ましたが、時間の事は知っているようでしたが間に合うかな？のみで謝罪はありませんでした。仕上がりとしても、着付けは良かったですがヘアセットの方は時間がなく、とても雑な仕上がりでしたが、やり直しをお願いする時間もありませんでした。こちらも特別な日だったので気分を悪くしたくなく特に強く言う気もありませんでしたが、式にも遅刻してしまい最悪でした。私も前日に再度時間確認の連絡を怠った事は反省していますが、特別な日だからこそお店側も時間ぐらいはきちんと管理して頂きたいです。今後はそういった事がないよう前日にメールで時間を確認するなどしてほしいです。 I booked a graduation hair set about a year ago. S	SonicStates on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have asked the lead stylist (and owner of LisaLisa) to do my hair for years now. When he opened this new Salon, we (wife, staff and friends) followed him. That's how good he and his staff are. Definitely recommended.
