神	神山博光 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本的に相撲取り御用達の店なんでしょうね。私は4Lサイズのトレーナーを買って宝物にしています。冬に家にいる時にサッと羽織って着られるから重宝しています。どこかの会社では運動会に二人三脚代わりに利用しているという話を聞きました。 Basically, it's a sumo wrestler shop. I bought a 4L trainer and made it a treasure. It is useful because it can be worn quickly when you are at home in winter. I heard that some company is using it for the athletic meet instead of two people.

Father whose waist is over the meter. I always lamented that the yukata obi at the inn wasn't long enough to be tightened. The ryokan seems to have a long sash, but I couldn't even hear it, so I decided to buy it because I needed it no matter where I went. But it's not. A king size obi. Thankfully it was here !!

G	Gemuketh LittleFeet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus sized men's clothing store. Sizes go really large (up to 8L) so big guys should have no issue finding a suitable size. Great for plus sized foreign japanophiles who are looking for more traditional Japanese styled outfits. The more western styled shirts and jackets however are basic and not fashion forward. Staff is friendly and helpful though language is an issue.. Google translate is very helpful here.. Prices are not cheap. Store one door down has more interesting fashion choices though sizes do not go as large (up to 6L). Both stores are not tax-free though we did get free gifts from both and a discount from one.. YMMV..
M	Mushin Kenjutsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in Japan and you wear a north american xl clothing, which in japan is a 3xl apparently, you can find some amazing shirts at the sumo store, yukatas, obi, hats, sumo short/top combo outfit, suits, jeans, sweaters, belts, suspenders etc.. This is like the Big and Tall store for us, but their smallest size is 3xl in their size chart, they have up to 8xl size. Do not expect to find your size in japan at most normal stores if you're over 6'0 +180lbs+, for shirts etc.. the 2xl is more like a large leaning towards medium size and the large just doesnt fit as the shirt is lightly strangling you the whole time you wear it.... If you want Getta, after sumo store, they are diagonally across the intersection from store, the guy there makes them by hand for all the sumos. 25 bucks and their shoe sizes there start at a north american 7 male size, and up to 13+ as well, all hand made by him, he does have high end ones that were hundreds, but more exotic covering on getta. They speak some english at the sumo store, and none at the getta store. The translate apps on most smart phones can get you through buying most things in Japan. The statue we are at is by the entrance to railway station by sumo stadium/edo museum.
