入居を考えている人は本当におすすめしない。星0を付けたいがこれから入居を考えている人のために星1を付けて入居してのレビューを書きます。まず,管理会社の対応がひどい。さらに,汚い,狭い ・設置されるはずだった物干し金具設置について取りやめになる ・消雪設備の工事が春先に終わり最初の冬シーズンは大雪にもかかわらず消雪パイプなし ・間取りが虚偽の記載(クローゼットなどない) ・交流を目的とした宿舎のはずが同ユニット内の人以外立入禁止 ・清掃費を払っているにもかかわらず,掃除が雑で汚い。 ・契約に書いていないが,掃除の邪魔になるからと共用部分においているものを部屋に戻せ。改善がないならものを処分するなどとうるさい ・個室の扉のフレームが湿気かなんかで曲がり鍵がかからない。 ・留学生が深夜にうるさい時がある,人のものを勝手に使う このような感じで一般の寮よりも管理会社がうるさく言ってきます。あちらの都合のいいことばかり押し付けられるので本当に腹が立ちます。まだ隣の古い学生宿舎のほうがマシです。ここに入居するなら一般のアパートにもう少しお金を払い住んだほうがいいと感じるので引っ越します。

管理会社(ヒロセの賃貸)の対応が雑すぎる。こんなのに家賃光熱費の他、管理料約6000円/月も払ってられない。共用部の掃除、どこまでするかもまったく決まっていない。だから、掃除会社(中越クリーンサービス)も適当に済ませて、ほかの口コミにもあるように共用部屋が汚くなっていく。管理会社が、掃除がちゃんとされているか確認にきているらしいが、本当に確認してんのか?週3で掃除に来てたら、普通はリビングにありえない量のホコリがたまるわけないからな。そのうえ、契約にリビングには物を置くなとなかったのに、突然リビングの荷物撤去しろと言われる始末。あんな狭い自室に全部荷物置いてたらゴミ屋敷になるわ。公開されていた間取りも違う。詐欺。管理会社が決めた契約を、管理会社が守れないってどういうことだよ。それなのに、使ってるこっちには、契約守れだのなんだの態度がでかい。学生を舐めすぎ。どっちがお客様ですか〜?状態。いい加減にしてくれ。隣の学生寮の方がまだマシだ。 これからリンテック考えてる人、本当にやめた方がいい。高い光熱費に管理料に家賃、無駄。研究室で全然部屋も使わないし、一人暮らしした方が断然いい。

これから住もうと考えている人は以下の点に注意。私はこの建物が出来たときから住んでいたが、耐えられないことが多いので退去した。 ●フライヤー等で公開されている間取りと違う。 ●個室にクローゼットや押し入れなどの収納スペースはない。その割に個室はかなり狭い。よくあるベッドの下にも収納スペースはない。必要なら自分で角材なんかを調達して改造する。 ●備え付けの物干し竿はない。ベランダもない。つっかえ棒が必須アイテム。ホームセンター等で買える。 ●個室の扉が薄い。ユニットのリビングの生活音や話し声は個室の中まで丸聞こえ。逆も然り。 ●住人ごとに衛生意識に差があるためか、全体的に不衛生。臭くて汚い。特にキッチンと浴室。以前はトイレも酷かった。不動産会社が清掃会社のスタッフを邪険に扱っていたので、清掃も間に合っていなかった。 ●深夜の話し声が煩い。 ●ユニットの住人でなくとも、ユニットへの頻繁な出入りがあり、衛生面や防犯面は担保されていない。 ●住人間の積極的な交流を奨励している割に、禁止されてることも多い。 ●大学は不動産会社に、不動産会社は大学に管理責任を押し付けあっているので、問題が起きてもなかなか解決されない。 ●生活で英語は殆ど使わない。留学生も英語を学びに来ているわけではない。 ●火災防止の観点からか、キッチンはIH仕様だが、自国の料理を日常的に作る留学生は直火を求めてカセットコンロを使うので意味がない。 ●駐車スペースは有料だが、たまに自分の場所に勝手に知らない車が停まっている。 ●車椅子でも生活できるような仕様のユニットがあるが、見かけだけで、実際に生活できそうかというと微妙。車椅子では電子レンジやポットなどが使えないし、机や椅子が邪魔で手前の部屋以外には入れないし、入口には段差もある。 ●総括: 神経質な性格の人、厳格な性格の人、心身の健康に不安がある人、身体が不自由な人、感覚過敏のある人、ちゃんとプライベートを確保したい人、安全や衛生を重視したい人なんかは、住まないほうがいい。入居しても半年も経たずに出ていくことになる。周辺のアパートよりは確かに割安かもしれないが、それだけを理由に住むと結果的に苦労する。しかし、少しずつ改善されている部分もあるようなので、10年後くらいに住むならまだいいかもしれない。

update2: anyone planning to live here and believe in their ads as "a international house for Cultural Exchange" should stop. the real life here is "you have to keep living room dark and cold (turn off light and heater) to saving energy or we will charge you more money each month". this is the real life here, living rooms are dark and cold, nobody want to stay there, if you turn on light and heater, you have to pay more money. the monthly rent is already high, nobody want to pay more => these rooms look like haunted house. there are no cultural exchange or anything here. people will just stay in their own 10 square meters room. no talking, no laughing. 1 of my roomate leave right after the minimum 3months contract ends. I just have 1 semester left and too lazy to moving so i just accept this. but i really hope this can help anyone planning to move here to understand the real life here instead of the ads. its all lies update1 they set a limited amount of electricity usage for all seasons in a year as equal even winter here is just around 0degree. before, there are no limitation like this. they just feel the need of milking student for their pocket because the covid made their business going down. they suddenly came up with a limit usage, if we use under that limit, they never refund any for us, if we use more than the limit, they charged us more. a genius idea from a shjtty head. Students want to use heater to survive? PAY MORE MONEY FOR THEM. WE JUST HAVE TO PAY ~8000YEN PER PERSON PER MONTH FOR THEM JUST TO SURVIVE IN THE WINTER. LOL THIS IS THE FKING SCAM. FOREIGNERS STUDENT PLS STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHJTTY PLACE. Good facility but bad management. i met some international students with bad manners. being disturbed day and night. dorm's manager doesnt really have exp to deal with international students with bad manners. high price and they usually make up new rules and forced you to follow. you have to bring everything into your 9.5sqm room without closet. then you dont have much space left and you can not leave your stuffs out side. if you want to move out. you have to tell them 3 months in advance. or they charge you 3 more month of rent. so pls considered normal apartment. usually cheaper and better than this dorm
