M	MASATO HageTake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東急の裏側にある小さめなテナントビルの２階、店主と女性スタッフの２名で営業している、こだわりの旨い料理を出してくれるレストランＢＡＲです。マスターは勉強熱心な方でソムリエでもあり、ワインや料理に関する知識と経験が長けていますので、絶品の料理を楽しみに訪問するお客様も多いと思います。分厚いのに舌の上でとろける手作りのフォンドボーのコクがたまらない牛タン煮込みなど、常に旨いものがあり感心させられます。また、様々な経験を積んでいるので、店の雰囲気では考えにくい極上の刺身や、相性を考慮したお薦めの日本酒など、和食系も得意でとても驚きます。この店主は、手間と時間をいとわず美味しいものを提供するという職人気質の考え方なので、価格的には高いお店になりますが、満足感はそれ以上に高いので抜群ですね。名ばかりのレストランバーと違い、本物の料理を味わいながらお酒を楽しめる、長野ではなかなかお目にかかることのない名店だと思います店主とスタッフさんとの会話も楽しいお店ですから、１度試して欲しいお店です。 It is a restaurant BAR that serves delicious dishes cooked by two people, the owner and female staff, on the second floor of a small tenant building behind Tokyu. The Master is a study enthusiast and sommelier, and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in wine and cooking, so I think that many of our customers are looking forward to delicious dishes. The thick, thick hand-made fondobo that melts on your tongue and the stewed beef tongue are always delicious. Also, since I have gained various experiences, I am very surprised that I am good at Japanese food such as superb sashimi that is hard to imagine in the atmosphere of the store and sake recommended for compatibility. This shop owner has a high-priced idea of providing delicious food regardless of time and effort, so the price is high, but satisfaction is even higher, so it is outstanding. Unlike the famous restaurants and bars, I think you can enjoy sake while enjoying real food, and it is a famous restaurant that you can hardly see in Nagano. The shop owner and the staff have fun talking to each other, so I would like you to try it once.
