木	木公イ申 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LEXUS歴10年以上になりますが、数年前に長野県に引っ越ししたことにより、担当ﾃﾞｨｰﾗｰが松本店に切り替わることとなりました。また、長野県在住ですが居住区より距離があるため、簡単に伺うことも出来ません。出来るだけ、ﾒﾝﾃﾅﾝｽや車検・ﾄﾗﾌﾞﾙがあれば時間を作って行きますが、年に数回くらいです… 表面上の対応は悪くないのですが、たまに行った時の他のお客さんとの対応に差があるように感じます。こちらでは車両の購入をしていないので…⁉️(⬅️気のせいであってほしいですが…) この先もLEXUSに乗っていくつもりなので、今度はこちらのお店から購入したいと思っていますが、今のままだと県外に行ってでも購入することを考えたいくらいです。 I have been in LEXUS for more than 10 years, but since I moved to Nagano prefecture a few years ago, the dealer in charge has been switched to the Matsumoto store. It was quite a tension down that NTP Toyota Shinshu was written at the entrance. It's sold under the Lexus brand, so I don't want it to have a Toyota feel.
レ	レオ&リク on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NXを購入するつもりで参りましたが、現在一年待ちとか…こちらのレクサス松本店は苦労せず売れていて売る気がないのか対応にガッカリてす。昨年来店しましたが未購入の初めての客にはお茶も出ません。隣のご夫婦にはちゃんと出てました。カタログもなく待っている間長く感じました。どこのディーラーに行っても気持ちの良い対応ですが、こちらでは受付にボーッと座ってる女性もお飾りなのか客への配慮も感じられず、買う気が失せました。 NX気に入ってましたが、今回は諦めます。アルファード若しくは他の車、検討します。 I've been planning to buy NX, but I've been waiting for a year now ...
