竹	竹田隆 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまりにも対応が酷いので書きます。車庫入れの誘導やすぐ出てきての出迎えは別に不用ですが、外にいて入ってきたの見てて、すぐそばを通ってるのに、商談中とは言え挨拶や会釈もせず無視とは… 仕方なくそのまま入店しても誰も来ず、中も商談中で忙しいのか目があっても無視… 数分たってよーやく「すいません」と奥から来たけど、言ったと思ったら受付に行って放置。頭に来てすぐ帰りました。車道に出る時スタッフ一応出てきましたが、誘導も適当で最後までいませんでした。二度と行きません。遠いけど他の店舗で交渉します。 I will write it because the correspondence is too terrible. 早	早川修 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8月半ば過ぎの夕方、まもなく営業時間終了という時間に妻とお伺いしたのが初めての訪問でした。その時、遅い時間にもかかわらず、商談デスクに案内してもらい、若手男性セールスさんと女性の新人セールスさんに丁寧に商品説明していただきました。結果的に、9月にRX300バージョンL車を契約しました。契約まで短い時間でしたが、越谷店のほか、他メーカー含め4店舗にお伺いして色々商品説明や知識をいただきました。その中で一番一生懸命に接客していただきました。この二人に、色々お世話になり満足のいく車選び・契約が出来たと思ってます。 ① 訪問時は、必ず二人がお出迎えしてくれる。 ②いつも笑顔で迎えてくれる。 ③様々な提案をしてくれる。 ④試乗する前には、エアコン等で車内を快適に準備してくれる。 ⑤何と言っても、二人とも話しやすい。 ⑥休みも対応してくれた。（契約のお日柄がいいという理由で、私が電話した当日、お休みを返上して出勤してくれました。） ⑦お店が家に近い契約前にお伺いした各店のセールスさん、それぞれに親身に対応していただきましたが、最終的には、上記の理由で契約しました。皆さま、大変お世話になりました。越谷店のお二人さん、これからもどうぞよろしくお願いします！ It was my first visit to visit my wife in the evening after mid-August, when business hours were about to end.
