★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう絶対にここでは買いませんし、知人にも薦めません。
もう関りが無くなったのでこれまで残念な思いをしたことを記述します。
①純正の ロングラゲージマット（リヤシート背面もカバーする）を納車後に購入し、
取り付けて貰ったらリアシート6:4の向きに対し、ラゲージマットは4：6の
裏返しに取り付けた。
②助手席側後ろに追突されドア交換修理をお願いした時に運転席から助手席側後ろ
ドアのパワーウィンドウ開閉の設定を忘れた。
④車検時の予約を1カ月前に行い、同時に代車もお願いしていたが前日の夜になって
代車を用意出来ないを言われた。
⑤④の車検時に冬用タイヤへの付け替えを頼んでいたが別の人のタイヤを付けた。
⑥モデルチェンジ後の新車が展示されているので案内をお願いしたらご自由に
ご覧下さいと案内を断られた。
これらのことで不信感が募りました。

I would like to describe what I have been disappointed with because I am no longer involved.
① Purchase a genuine long luggage mat (which also covers the back of the rear seat) after delivery,
When installed, the luggage mat is 4: 6 while the rear seat is in the 6: 4 orientation.
I installed it inside out.
(2) When a rear-end collision occurs behind the passenger seat and a door replacement repair is requested, the driver's seat is behind the passenger seat.
I forgot to set the door power window opening / closing.
④ I made a reservation for the car inspection one month in advance and asked for a substitute car at the same time, but it was the night before.
I was told that I couldn't prepare a substitute car.
⑤ At the time of the vehicle inspection of ④, I was asked to change to winter tires, but I attached another person's tires.
⑥ New cars after the model change are on display, so feel free to ask for guidance.
I was refused guidance when I was asked to see it.
These things made me feel distrustful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レクサス広島北の裏側に ハンバーグの美味しいお店があります 車2台しか駐車できないのと お店が満席だったので スマホの番号を告げて レクサスさんで待たせて貰いました 食事前なので 美味しい煎茶を戴きながら 待たせて貰いました レクサスさんは何時も温かく迎え下さいます 食事後にはまた 美味しいコーヒーとお菓子を頂いて また半年点検にお邪魔したいと思ってます。
There is a delicious hamburger shop on the back side of Lexus Hiroshima Kita. Only 2 cars can be parked and the shop was full so I told the smartphone number and I waited for Mr. Lexus. However, Lexus, who was waiting for me, always welcomes me. After the meal, I would like to get delicious coffee and sweets again, and I would like to disturb the half-year inspection.

他店でレクサスを購入し、また当日はトヨタ車でお伺いしたにも関わらず、スタッフの皆さんに親切で大変心温まるご対応をして頂いてリラックス、リフレッシュが出来て、とっても大大大満足しました！！！
コロナで、現在はプレイルームは閉鎖されておりましたが、ちょこちょこ歩き始めた孫連れなので、端っこの広めのお部屋おご用意してくださいました。今月のパンプキン?のお飲み物が最高に美味しかったです！！！
また是非行ってみたいお店です❣️

Even though I bought a Lexus at another store and visited by Toyota car on the day, the staff were kind and very heartwarming, and I was able to relax and refresh, and I was very satisfied. !! !! !!
In Corona, the playroom is currently closed, but since I am traveling with my grandchildren, I have prepared a room with a large edge. This month's Pumpkin ? drink was the best! !! !!
It's a shop I definitely want to visit again ❣️
