★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで新車を購入しましたが、いつも点検を予約しようとするとまずは予約が一杯で断られます。人口の急増や整備士の不足など様々な問題があると思いますが、深川店の方がスムーズでこちらで整備しています。
 I bought a new car here, but when I always try to reserve an inspection, the reservation is refused because it is full. I think there are various problems such as a rapid increase in the population and a shortage of mechanics, but the Fukagawa store is smoother and maintains it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約がとにかく取れない。作業も特別丁寧なわけでもない。自動運転支援システムも精度が低いのでほとんど切っている。総じてコストパフォーマンスは良いとは言い難い。
自分たちが作りたい車を作るのもいいが、もっとユーザーの側に立った車を作って頂きたいと思う。
I can't make a reservation anyway. The work is not particularly polite. Since the accuracy of the automatic driving support system is low, it is almost turned off. It is hard to say that the cost performance is good as a whole.
It is good to make the car that we want to make, but I would like you to make a car that is more on the user's side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場は裏側となりますのでご注意ください。受付のスタッフは優秀でしたが、担当らしき人が来てから値踏みされたあと高飛車に変化しますので、その後の担当変わらない限り、他のLEXUS店でもいいかと。
試乗はできましたが勉強不足て質問には答えられませんでした。
でも、車が良いからそれでもよいのか…
Please note that the parking lot is on the back side. The staff at the reception was excellent, but after the person who seems to be in charge came, it changed to a high-flying car, so as long as the person in charge does not change after that, I wonder if it is okay to use another LEXUS store.
I was able to test drive, but I couldn't answer the question due to lack of study.
