★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このコロナ禍に、清潔ではないのが一番の問題ではないかと思います。
例を上げると、シャンプーの時に首に巻かれるもの（名称わかりませんけど）が、臭い。
また、他の方の口コミにもありましたが、前の方のカットされた髪の毛が、雑誌を載せる棚のところに残っている。
男性二人のお店のようですが、暇そうに二人でレジのところで喋ってる時間があるなら、お店を整備されたほうがいいと思います。
また、最低限のコミュニケーションがないです。
カラーの途中で席を外す前に「外します」とか、「（カラーで）何分くらい置きます」とか。
そして、残り時間がどれくらいかを聞いたら、その回答の倍の時間待った後に、シャンプーされました。（カラーのチェックも無しで）
タイマーとかかけてる感じではなかったので、そりゃ、そういうことになりますよね。
店のおしゃれさを気にしてタイマーが無いのかもしれないですけど、お店がおしゃれであることより、大事なことってあると思います。
シャンプーも雑で、襟足と耳の後ろにカラー剤残ってましたので、カラー直後ですけど、耐えられずに、家でシャンプーしました。
よくよく考えたら、店員さんが二人しかいないお店なのに、とても予約が取りやすかったのは、そういうことだったんですね。
安易に予約してしまった自分も反省です。

I didn't feel like I was running a timer, so that would be the case.
It may be that there is no timer because of the fashionability of the store, but I think it is more important than the fashionability of the store.
The shampoo was also rough, and the coloring agent remained behind the neckline and ears, so I just shampooed it at home because I couldn't stand it.
If you think about it carefully, it was that kind of thing that made it very easy to make a reservation even though there were only two staff members.
I also regret that I made a reservation easily.

画像などでイメージを伝えましたが、仕上がりはイメージと全く違うグリングリンのおばさんパーマにされました。
恥ずかしくて外も歩けないので他店でストレートパーマをかけました。
(他店で相談した際、パーマ後すぐだったのと髪の状態をみて縮毛矯正は危険すぎると言われたため、少しでもパーマを緩くするためにストレートパーマを提案されました)
その後、傷んで爆発するようになり何年も悩み続けて辛い思いをしました。
