対応してくれたお姉さんはお飾りですか？
予約をしなかったのも悪かったのかもしれませんが何も出来ない人を会社に置いて､､接客態度も改善してほしいです。
いつ頃なら対応出来るとか希望の条件も聞かずに嫌な顔で出迎えられてとても不愉快でした。もう二度と利用したくないです。
