ちょっと狭いですがその分舞台と客席の距離が近いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 若手の方のお笑いライブで行きました、適度な広さ(狭さ？)と距離感で、使い勝手が良さそうな感じでした。ただ換気が良くないのか空気が悪かった。駅から向かう際、最後に渡る横断歩道が分かりにくいので徒歩で向かう場合は少し余分に時間を見積もった方がいいと思います。
I went to a comedy live for young people, and it seemed to be easy to use, with a suitable width (narrowness?) and a sense of distance. However, the air was bad due to poor ventilation. When going from the station, the last crosswalk to cross is hard to understand, so if you go on foot, it's better to estimate a little extra time.

私は毎月行われているクローネオフ会に参加しておりますが、会場主さんも優しくフレンドリーですし、大変アットホームな場所であり、イベントをやられる印象です。
実際会場も綺麗ですし、とても良いところだと思います。
