★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レモンタルトとアップルパイを頂きました。どちらもとてもおいしかったです！レモンタルトのレモンカード？がすっぱめで、めちゃくちゃ好みのお味でした！必ずまた買いに行きます！
 I had a lemon tart and an apple pie. Both were very delicious! Lemon tart lemon curd? It was sour and it tasted insanely favorite! I will definitely go buy it again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのタルトが大好きで何年も通っていますが、ここ2〜3年は人手不足なのか、商品が少なく、スタッフさんの対応がいつ行っても慣れてない感じがします。感じが悪いとかではなく、まだ入って間もない感じの慣れてなさです。
昨年あった商品が今年あるか聞いても、昨年の商品を把握してるスタッフがいないようです。スタッフの入れ替わりが激しいと、味は良いけど働く環境としてはどうなのかと疑ってしまいます。
大好きなお店だからこそ、働きやすい環境になって長く続けてほしいな…と願っています。
I love this tart and have been going there for many years, but I feel that I'm not used to it whenever the staff responds because there aren't many products, probably because of the lack of manpower for the last few years. It's not that it feels bad, but that I'm new to it.
Even if I ask if there is a product that was last year, it seems that there is no staff who knows the product last year. If the staff changes frequently, the taste is good, but I doubt what the working environment is like.
Because it is my favorite shop, I hope that it will be a comfortable working environment and will continue for a long time.

ケーキと焼き菓子のお店です。
ソフトクリームを食べたかったのですが、この日はやっていませんでした。
お土産に焼き菓子買って帰りました。
イートインスペースもあればケーキも食べたかったです。

ここの口コミの良さと、何度か店先を覗いたり通っていていつか買ってみようと楽しみに期待して伺いました。
日曜日の13：00頃でしたが、まず、ケース内の種類の少なさに驚きました。カットケーキは4種類。
それでもひっきりなしに来店客があったので人気店なんだろう。でも店内の雰囲気は寂れている。
可愛い丁寧な接客の女子と職人風情のご老人が中でタルトを作っているのが見えました。彼がシェフ、パティシエなのかな？
製造の求人募集が長期間されていて、人出不足の為営業日がかなり短縮されているとの注意書きがありました。
ダックワーズ¥220とタルトオシトロン¥450購入しましたが、どちらもうーん平凡な味だし生地が特に美味しいわけでもなく、新鮮さがなかった。再訪はない。

I saw a cute and polite girl serving customers and an old man with a craftsmanship making a tart inside. Is he a chef or pastry chef?
There was a note that the recruitment of manufacturing jobs has been long and the business days have been shortened considerably due to the shortage of people.
I bought Dacquoise ¥ 220 and Tart Ocitron ¥ 450, but both tasted mediocre and the dough wasn't particularly delicious and wasn't fresh. There is no revisit.
