★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年くらい前だが、店内にいたところ別の客が帰った途端に大柄な女店員が隣の女店員にその客の悪口を言っていた。他の客が店内にいるのにだ。すぐさまローソンお客様センターへ電話しておいたが、あの女店員はまだいるのだろうか？
オーナー絡みの店員って態度だったので、まだいたとしたら最悪だろう。
それ以来、もちろん寄っていない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ローソンさんは、コンビニの中でも、一番大好きで、何時も利用していましたが、青柳店さんの女の定員さんの対応に、あ然しました。ざつにお釣りを返され、飲みものを落としても何も言ってくれず、知らんぷり、大丈夫ですか？は、無いのと思いました。もう、行きたくなくなりました。ローソンさん行きたくなくなりますね。
Mr. Lawson was the most favorite among convenience stores, and he used it all the time, but I was afraid to respond to the capacity of a woman at Aoyagi store. Even if I was caught fishing and dropped my drink, nothing was said. I thought there wasn't. I no longer want to go. I don't want to go to Lawson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりにLAWSONに立ち寄って、レジしてる時に商品をテーブルいっぱいに商品を横並びに置かれ、店員さんは私がまだ居るのに他の作業に行ってしまいレジを離れました。
私がエコバッグに入れていた時に商品を落としても何も言わず(レジを離れてるから目もくれず)
去り際も「ありがとうございました」とも言われませんでした。
そもそも相変わらず私語が多いコンビニですね。
店内はキレイなのに勿体ない点です。
I stopped by Lawson for the first time in a long time, and when I was at the cash register, the products were placed side by side on the table, and the clerk went to other work even though I was still there and left the cash register.
Even if I drop the product when I put it in the eco bag, I don't say anything (because I'm away from the cash register, I don't even look)
I wasn't even told "Thank you" when I left.
In the first place, it's a convenience store with many private languages as usual.
The inside of the store is beautiful, but it's a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1人態度が悪すぎる女性店員の方が勤務されているので、出勤されていない時間に行きたいのですが平日･休日時間問わずいらっしゃり、その方を避けられないので困っています。
私や他の客の真横で先程対応したであろう客の悪口を大学生？男性バイトの子に言っていたり、レジの対応が雑(言葉遣いやバーコードを読み取った商品を横にポイっと落とすように置く)、開催中のキャンペーンを知らず（たくさんあるのでこれは仕方ないかも）こちらが間違っているふうな対応をされました。業者さんには比較的丁寧に対応しているので人を見て態度を変えているみたいですね。であればそういう態度を取らせてしまうこちらが悪いのかもしれません。
ですが私も人間なのでお客さんの悪口を言うことはありますが、さすがに内部の人しか聞こえないところでやります。
店長さんは強く言えなさそうな方なので、行く時にその方が居ないことを祈るのみです。
あとこちらのローソンだけ、なぜか他のローソンや他のコンビニに比べて店内がツンとした嫌な臭いがすごいです。

The store manager is a person who can't say strongly, so I just pray that he isn't there when I go.
Also, only this Lawson has an unpleasant odor that makes the inside of the store pungent compared to other Lawsons and other convenience stores for some reason.
